As a Project Manager, you will represent owners throughout building development, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects. You will lead work programs, coordinate stakeholders, and manage client relationships. The position requires experience with project, financial, and construction management methods.
Responsabilités clés: Lead major capital projects of varying size, scope, and complexity
Serve as the client’s single point of contact
Lead project meetings and manage communication flows
Provide schedule, financial, and progress reports
Oversee changes, payment certificates,



and contract documents
Exigences: Minimum four years as an owner’s project manager
Experience with institutional, municipal, government, or First Nations projects
University degree in engineering, architecture, or construction economics
Knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and contract law
ASP card and robust communication skills
