As Lead Electrical Engineer, you will deliver technical solutions across project phases while guiding multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead electrical engineering services for mining and metals projects
Develop HV, MV, and LV system deliverables
Provide technical leadership through commissioning and startup
Coordinate clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
Review deliverables and mentor less experienced engineers
Requirements: Typically 10+ years of electrical engineering experience
Mining, minerals, metals, or related industrial experience
Knowledge of substations, protection, SCADA, and power studies
Experience using ETAP, SKM, and Microsoft Office
Bachelor's degree and P.Eng. eligibility preferred
