As an experienced AI/ML and Digital Quality Lead, you will oversee compliant execution across GxP and GMP business environments. You will collaborate with data science, software development, IT, and business stakeholders. Your work will support accurate, effective, scalable, secure, and validated AI/ML systems.
Key Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance oversight for AI/ML systems
Integrate algorithms under CSV and CSA frameworks
Author and approve critical validation documentation
Mitigate model drift, dataset bias, and privacy risks
Mentor colleagues across Digital Compliance and Quality
Requirements: BS/MS degree in science, computer science, or engineering
Five to seven years in regulated life sciences environments
Hands-on AI/ML implementation, validation, or design experience
Knowledge of FDA, EMA, GAMP 5, and Part 11
Programming, cloud computing, and MLOps expertise
Apply AI/ML validation, quality assurance, and risk management expertise to Roche’s regulated digital healthcare systems.
