This permanent full time Operations Manager leads the Keele Distribution Centre within Operations & Supply Chain. The hands-on role oversees high-volume warehouse operations, develops frontline leaders, manages performance, and supports operational change. It requires collaboration across teams and visible floor leadership.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee productivity, inventory accuracy, efficiency, quality, and customer service
Manage labour planning, scheduling, staffing, budgets, and resources
Develop KPIs and use trends to drive measurable improvements
Coach supervisors, lead hands, and frontline employees
Implement process improvements, technologies,



and operational initiatives
Requirements: Seven to ten years’ distribution, warehousing, or logistics experience
Supervisory or management experience leading high-volume operational teams
Experience with change management, KPIs, budgeting, and productivity measures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems
Post-secondary Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related education preferred
