Lead Positioning Technology service operations in Brampton with responsibility for customer support, repair services, and technician workflow management. Brandt seeks a Regional Service Manager to oversee daily delivery across the department.
This full time position manages after-market Machine Guidance and Geo Positioning products. You will direct foremen, service writers, bench technicians, and field technicians while coordinating service, parts, sales, and customer requirements. The work includes operational, financial, employee, and safety oversight.
Key Responsibilities: Manage service workflow, scheduling, assignments, completion, and quoted costs
Coordinate technicians, parts, sales, inventory, and service delivery
Resolve customer complaints and support customer work orders




Develop budgets and monitor monthly department performance
Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate service personnel
Requirements: Knowledge and skill operating an equipment dealership
Five to seven years of progressive combined service, management, and business experience
Three years of management or supervisory experience in relevant industries
Strong customer service, communication, judgment, and critical thinking skills
Ability to travel and troubleshoot customer issues onsite
