This Senior Project Manager role supports consulting engineering mandates from studies through project delivery. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, procurement, construction management, and project control teams while managing client expectations. BBA seeks an experienced leader who can address technical, financial, schedule, and human resource issues, contribute to proposals, and develop project teams. The position also involves collaboration with BBA offices and clients outside Québec, requiring advanced French and English. Experience with preliminary studies is required, while construction sites, international projects, partnerships, and PMP certification are assets. The successful candidate should demonstrate business acumen, adaptability, sound decision-making,



and commitment to BBA’s ethics and values.
Key Responsibilities: Plan, lead, and control project delivery
Resolve technical, financial, schedule, and resource issues
Identify and mitigate project risks
Integrate resources across multi-level project teams
Produce proposals and participate in business development
Requirements: Engineering bachelor’s degree and Québec engineering membership
Twenty years of relevant experience
Experience managing mining or heavy industry EPCM projects
Knowledge of modern project management methodology
Robust negotiation and advanced bilingual communication skills
Use mining project expertise, commercial judgment, and multidisciplinary coordination to deliver BBA mandates and strengthen client relationships.
