Candidates bring five to seven years of relevant experience, robust communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate clients and insurance adjusters throughout projects
Direct subcontractor and vendor coordination
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
Monitor quality standards, safety compliance, and KPIs
Requirements: Five to seven years construction or restoration experience
Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s license and occasional on-call flexibility
