As Service Foreman, you will organize and dispatch technicians while providing quality repair work for the Fort McMurray Service Department. The position includes mentoring technicians, advising the Service Manager about skills and training needs, and supporting customer service excellence. Mechanical experience in heavy equipment is an asset.
Key Responsibilities: Organize work performed and maintain quality control
Supervise service technicians and provide mentorship
Maintain an organized, clean work environment




Establish and maintain an on-call field schedule
Manage work orders, costs, and department profitability
Requirements: Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or equivalent
Strong organizational skills and basic Microsoft Office skills
Availability for after-hours work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
John Deere and competitive product familiarity preferred
