Ontario Power Generation seeks a Senior Protection and Control Supervisor for a regular position with 25% travel. You will lead installation, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of protection, control, and electrical systems. The role combines work-program planning, staff supervision, technical guidance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and adjust Unit work programs
Supervise staff and daily work activities
Monitor costs and analyze program variances
Coordinate technical, labour, material, and scheduling requirements




Prepare technical documentation and support commissioning
Requirements: Four-year Electrical Engineering or related university degree
At least six years of relevant systems experience
Knowledge of protection, control, metering, and electrical equipment
Supervisory or team-lead experience providing technical direction
Robust technical writing and problem-solving skills
