Lead quality construction projects as a Site Superintendent with Kindred Construction, applying project leadership and high safety standards daily.
Working with a Project Manager and consultants, you will manage site operations under limited supervision. This senior construction role requires independent judgment, communication, scheduling, and contractor coordination. You will guide site personnel and trade contractors while supporting project quality and progress.
Key Responsibilities: Set up site offices and build positive local relationships
Manage site personnel and direct trade contractor work
Interpret plans and clarify specifications for site teams
Resolve site issues and coordinate required inspections
Maintain schedules, reports,



timesheets, and progress photographs
Requirements: Five-plus years of successful technical-role experience
Proven ability to manage and lead projects
Experience with custom homes valued from $10M to $25M
Post-secondary education in construction, engineering, or related discipline
Intermediate first aid with transportation endorsement
Bring construction leadership, scheduling expertise, and safety knowledge to Kindred Construction site delivery and contractor coordination.
