The Architect supports Stantec’s Buildings Studio by interpreting client needs and developing cohesive solutions with multidisciplinary teams. You will lead one or more medium-sized project teams through design concepts while contributing across schematic design, documentation, and construction administration. Solid communication, BIM, and code knowledge are central to the work.

Present abstract ideas to clients and representatives
Apply accessibility, building,



sustainability, and life-safety codes
Participate in value engineering and basic cost estimating
Requirements: Registered Architect in Canada required
Seven or more years of experience required
Ability to communicate concepts verbally, graphically, and in writing
Understanding of drawings, specifications, and project phases
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Use creative judgment, team leadership, and technical architectural knowledge to deliver thoughtful building solutions with Stantec in Edmonton.
