Key Responsibilities: Manage credit and operational risk across specialized loan portfolios
Analyze complex, multi-lender, and structured financing proposals
Approve credits within delegated limits and recommend other applications




Coach Associates and Associate Directors on risk evaluation
Discuss credit solutions with internal and external partners
Requirements: Undergraduate or graduate business degree, or professional designation
At least five years of relevant banking experience
Robust credit judgment across differing borrower and financing structures
Analytical, relationship management, coaching, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities across specialized coverage teams
Bring commercial credit structuring, risk judgment, and coaching expertise to TD’s Director, Credit Execution role in Toronto.
