As Senior Manager, Procure to Pay, you will own Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, supplier onboarding, and payments. You will align multiple operational towers, establish service standards, and partner with executive stakeholders. The role also includes building a consistently performing team.
Key Responsibilities: Own requisition, purchase order, invoice, payment, and accrual performance
Establish policies, controls, SLAs, KPIs, and SOX audit readiness
Design supplier onboarding and master-data standards
Prevent fraud and duplicate payments through payment-run controls
Hire, develop, train,



and coach a high-performing team
Requirements: 10+ years in procure-to-pay, AP, or procurement operations
5+ years managing teams and managers
Experience with governance, internal controls, and audit compliance
ERP experience, preferably NetSuite, plus Zip, Coupa, or Ariba
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or supply chain
