This Manager leads the HC Operational Excellence team within Internal Firm Services. You will collaborate with HC Business Partners and Human Capital teams to improve, align, and document xLoS processes. The assignment supports planned and bespoke services governed by defined SLAs and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities: Transform and simplify Human Capital processes with HCBPs
Standardize and document processes across xLoS where possible
Apply automation and GenAI to process improvement
Provide guidance on process-related issues and challenges
Foster continuous improvement across the HC team
Requirements: Ability to analyze, improve, and standardize processes
Strong technical capabilities and automation-tool upskilling willingness
Agile mindset and solutions-focused approach
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Strong leadership and communication skills
