This Staff-level engineering role focuses on cloud platforms supporting large-scale, highly available production systems. You will shape architecture, automation, security, and platform strategy while addressing complex challenges involving distributed infrastructure, high-volume telemetry, and continuous operations. The work also supports emerging AI and agentic systems.
Key Responsibilities: Build and operate highly available production systems

Improve platform reliability and infrastructure security
Support AI and agentic system infrastructure
Requirements: 8+ years building and operating production systems
Deep AWS, EKS, Kubernetes, and Terraform expertise
Staff Engineer or technical escalation experience
GitHub Actions, Helm, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana experience
PostgreSQL or MongoDB managed database experience
