The Manager, Facilities Analysis and Technical Services provides leadership in facilities operations analysis, planning, and continuous improvement. The position examines performance, budgets, contracted services, maintenance, assets, and systems. It supports informed decisions and consistent delivery across CAMH’s facilities portfolio.
Key Responsibilities: Analyze facilities metrics, performance, budgets, trends, costs, and service results
Develop portfolio-wide standards, reports, processes, and quality assurance practices
Improve preventive maintenance, reliability programs, schedules, and work practices




Oversee CMMS and asset management system development
Provide technical advice for facilities projects and initiatives
Requirements: Degree or diploma in business or technical field
Minimum six years of progressive experience
Three to four years of facilities leadership experience
Experience with work order systems and capital renewal planning
Solid analytical, communication, and quality assurance skills
Apply facilities operations, maintenance planning, CMMS, and technical leadership expertise to support CAMH’s healthcare environment.
