As Principal Designer, you will work hands-on across brand, product, motion, AI video, and go-to-market campaigns. Reporting to Executive Creative Director Nick Ace, you will set quality standards through concepting, design, execution, and presentation. This senior individual contributor role includes mentoring designers through reviews and feedback.
Key Responsibilities: Own priority MoonPay and partner projects from concept through delivery
Lead creative for launches and go-to-market campaigns
Deliver cohesive brand, product, motion, and AI video work
Present creative work to clients, stakeholders,



and partners
Mentor designers through reviews, feedback, and guidance
Requirements: Seven-plus years of professional design experience
Robust portfolio of high-profile, multidisciplinary work
Branding, digital design, UX/UI, motion, and visual storytelling expertise
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with web3, blockchain, fintech, AI, or emerging technology
Bring principal-level design leadership, AI fluency, and exceptional craft to Otherlife’s brand and product work.
