Key Responsibilities: Lead insurance software design, implementation, and maintenance
Guide technology selection, architecture, and engineering best practices
Optimize performance for large datasets and high traffic




Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership
Requirements: Eight-plus years as a Full Stack Engineer
Two-plus years in a lead or manager role
Proficiency with .NET Core, C#, GraphQL, MongoDB, and Docker
Experience with Vue.js and/or React.js
Knowledge of cloud platforms, testing, security, and compliance
