As Engineering Manager on Felix’s AI team, you will lead engineers building patient and operations experiences. You will define systems for retrieval, prompts, models, guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation. The work connects Product, CX, Clinical, and Pharmacy partners.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and grow engineers building AI-powered features and platforms
Define and optimize retrieval, prompts, models, guardrails, and monitoring
Establish evaluation practices for confident AI releases
Manage production upgrades, costs, latency, and observability
Partner with Clinical, Pharmacy,



and CX on appropriate human oversight
Requirements: Three or more years leading or managing engineering teams
Production experience shipping LLM-based or ML-driven products
Solid judgment about AI quality and appropriate use
Clear technical communication and Product collaboration skills
Experience across front-end and back-end technologies
Build reliable AI products at Felix through engineering leadership, evaluation, observability, and collaboration across regulated healthcare.
