Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage branch officers across assigned branches
Acquire customers for current accounts and asset products
Drive client activation and achievement of float targets
Monitor sales calls, market coverage, and acquisition processes
Track performance against defined business plans
Requirements: Graduate in any discipline
Minimum seven years’ relevant banking sales experience
Experience in branch banking or current account acquisition preferred
Solid leadership, sales, and customer acquisition record
Fluent English and strong business communication skills
