This Manager role guides technical design excellence across lululemon’s North America store portfolio. You will lead two direct reports while coordinating design development, architectural documentation, consultant partnerships, and technical standards. The work translates retail concepts into buildable, code-compliant environments and supports high-profile projects, custom storefronts, and millwork programs.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and distribute workload across the Retail Design Development team
Translate design concepts into technically sound, constructible solutions
Lead technical detailing, documentation, and execution for store projects




Coach Store Design teams on buildability and drawing accuracy
Evolve lululemon technical standards, prototypes, and documentation systems
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in architecture or related discipline
Eight-plus years’ architecture, technical, retail, or commercial experience
Three-plus years’ people leadership, coaching, and team development experience
Advanced AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and documentation tool proficiency
Knowledge of codes, accessibility, life safety, and retail construction
Bring architectural expertise, people leadership, and technical design rigor to lululemon’s onsite North American retail portfolio.
