Lead responsible investment strategy at Fengate Asset Management, integrating ESG considerations across investment processes from a hybrid Toronto, Miami, or Houston office.
This experienced leadership position develops and continuously evolves Fengate’s responsible investment framework. You will work across investment teams and corporate functions, addressing sustainability, responsible labour, governance, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and value creation. The role reports to a member of Fengate’s Executive Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities: Lead responsible investment strategy development, implementation, and governance
Integrate sustainability risks across origination, diligence, approval, and ownership
Oversee ESG data, carbon accounting, and reporting quality
Develop investor disclosures, fundraising materials, and operational roadmaps




Advise leaders and represent Fengate with external stakeholders
Requirements: Five or more years in responsible investment, ESG, or sustainability
Understanding of infrastructure, energy management, and decarbonization strategies
Knowledge of private-markets responsible investment standards and frameworks
Ability to influence teams, leaders, and external stakeholders
Degree in business, finance, sustainability, engineering, or related discipline
Apply responsible investment, ESG reporting, and sustainability expertise to shape Fengate’s strategy, governance, and investment decision-making.
