As Senior Product Proposition Manager, you will represent enterprise customer needs across Product, Commercial, Technology, Operations, and Partnerships. You will define market strategy, influence roadmaps, build business cases, and guide commercialization for priority capabilities. The focus spans regional requirements and global enterprise customer needs.

Identify merchant needs, adoption barriers, and growth opportunities
Translate insights into requirements and investment recommendations

Guide proposition readiness, launches, adoption, and performance reviews
Requirements: Deep payments, financial technology, or regulated technology experience
Five or more years of relevant experience
Robust knowledge of United States and Canadian payments
Ability to create strategies, business cases, and commercial outcomes
Executive communication and cross-functional influence skills
