As Manager in Operations at RBC, you will ensure team responsibilities and reconciliations meet daily requirements. You will support escalations, staffing coverage, audits, compliance, and employee development. The position requires trade life cycle knowledge and operational discipline.
Key Responsibilities: Review daily reconciliations completed by operational teams
Support escalations and issues across team desks
Ensure tasks meet required daily SLAs
Maintain compliance with RBC policies and regulations
Provide coaching and performance feedback
Requirements: Five or more years of related experience
Knowledge of trade life cycle through settlement
FINRA Series 99 registration required
Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Bring equity clearing, reconciliation, compliance, and people management expertise to RBC’s Toronto Capital Markets operations.
