Define equipment utility needs for location expansions
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering
Five-plus years in reliability, facility maintenance, or fleet management
Experience with RCA, MTBF calculation, and OEE optimization
Familiarity with welding, refrigeration, or HVAC systems
Experience selecting, deploying, or managing CMMS platforms
Apply reliability engineering, asset lifecycle management, and maintenance systems expertise across three operating companies and diverse equipment environments.
