As Manager, Pitches and Proposals, you will lead Davies’ Business Development pitch and proposal function. You will oversee RFPs, RFIs, competitive bids, credentials decks, and pitch materials. The role reports to the Chief Client Officer and manages proposal professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Lead proposal lifecycles from prospect identification through submission
Develop win strategies, themes, and value differentiation
Coordinate lawyers, business development, pricing, innovation, and management
Enforce proposal processes, templates, style guides, and quality standards




Manage schedules and resources across concurrent submissions
Requirements: Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or related fields
At least seven years of proposal management experience
At least two years in a people leadership role
Exceptional writing, editing, visual design, and compliance skills
Proficiency with Merx, Persuit, and Microsoft Office
Bring proposal strategy, communication, and leadership expertise to Davies’ high-stakes legal services submissions in Toronto or Montréal.
