Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and develop front end department employees
- Manage scheduling, recruitment, performance, and training
- Merchandise racks, fixtures, and order products
- Maintain inventory and resolve customer concerns
- Balance cash office and identify discrepancies

Requirements:

- Minimum 18 months front end department experience
- High school diploma
- Full knowledge of department operations and skills
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite use
