Provide personal care and daily living support at Shaunavon Hospital and Care Centre as a Continuing Care Assistant. Work full-time regular shifts across days, nights, and weekends.

This Continuing Care Assistant serves clients, patients, and residents within the Integrated Nursing Unit. The work supports physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs while encouraging optimum functioning. Communication, interpersonal, organizational, and basic computer skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care to clients, patients, and residents
- Support activities of daily living
- Encourage clients’ optimum level of functioning
- Support physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs

Requirements:

- Continuing Care Assistant certificate
- Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Valid driver’s license or Food Protected certificate where required
