As Director of Environmental Services, you report to the Executive Director and support quality resident care at Sienna Senior Living. You will manage quality assurance, risk management, regulatory compliance, departmental budgets, vendors, and multiple operational teams. The position requires knowledge of housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance, plus strong operational and project management skills. You will also support infection prevention, fire safety, emergency preparedness, and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Housekeeping, Laundry, and Maintenance departments
- Develop quality assurance and risk management programs




- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions
- Oversee building systems and preventative maintenance
- Manage budgets, procurement, vendors, and expenditures

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred
- Minimum two years managerial or supervisory experience
- Joint Occupational Health and Safety Certification or willingness to obtain
- Environmental services experience, preferably in long-term care
- Microsoft Office and facility management software proficiency
