Poulet Rouge is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, develop the team, and uphold high standards of quality, service, and guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will recruit, train, coach, and manage schedules, monitor KPIs, control costs, ensure food safety, and maintain a positive, bilingual work setting. This is a permanent, full-time role in Canada with hourly pay CA$23.41–CA$25.47.
