As an Associate, Client Services, you will support daily activities and longer-term projects at the Municipal Finance Authority of British Columbia. You will process transactions across investing and borrowing programs, respond to enquiries, and contribute to client relationship management. The work requires Excel, PowerPoint, database or CRM proficiency, and careful attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle client enquiries across investing and borrowing programs

- Prepare reports with care and due diligence

Requirements:

- Undergraduate degree in finance, business, investing, or economics
- Excellent client service and relationship-building skills
- Strong Microsoft Office, database, and CRM proficiency
- Exceptional written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills
- Three years of client service experience would be an asset
