Lead parts operations at Brandt’s Windsor Peterbilt location using inventory control, warehouse coordination, and customer service expertise. This is a full-time position.

The Parts Leadhand oversees daily department operations while supporting front-counter service and parts inventory maintenance. You will coordinate shipping, receiving, warehousing, scheduling, safety practices, and employee development. The position also addresses customer needs, investigates inventory issues, and supports the Parts Manager’s absence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily parts department and warehouse activities
- Ensure shipping, receiving, and warehousing standards are met
- Maintain inventory processes, returns, transfers, and stock orders
- Coordinate schedules and review Kronos timecards when required




- Coach employees and support training, safety, and performance practices

Requirements:

- Three to five years’ progressive parts operations experience
- Two or more years’ supervisory experience in parts operations
- Knowledge of material handling equipment and computer systems
- Solid customer service, judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Journeyperson certification considered an asset
