Reporting to the Vice President, Corporate Services and Chief Financial Officer, the Manager partners with clinical, operational, and executive leaders. The position leads financial planning, performance measurement, operational analysis, and reporting capabilities. It supports evidence-informed decisions and responsible resource stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead operating and capital budgets, forecasts, and long-range planning
- Analyze financial reports, variances, and organizational performance
- Develop dashboards, indicators, and management reports with regional partners
- Monitor clinical activity,



utilization, risks, and resource requirements
- Oversee finance functions and required regulatory reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field
- At least five years of healthcare leadership experience
- Advanced financial planning and analysis expertise
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency; analytics tools and Meditech experience are assets
