Responsibilities span estimates, schedules, resources, scope changes, quality control, vendor relations, risks, issues, and outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead project teams toward goals, responsibilities, milestones, and outcomes
Coordinate vendors, subcontractors, trade partners, and required resources
Report dependencies, risks, issues, deliverables, and milestones
Manage changes, feasibility studies, vendor evaluations, and proposals




Identify and mitigate risks affecting baseline commitments
Requirements: Minimum five years of project management and/or estimating experience
Successful coordination of subcontractors and trade partners
Experience with large-scale construction projects from $500K to $5M
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Electrical industry background in ICI or Utilities preferred
