As Transportation Infrastructure Team Lead, you will guide a growing team and manage infrastructure projects. Your work spans client engagement, business growth, multidisciplinary coordination, financial performance, and quality assurance. Projects support the City of Calgary, City of Edmonton, and Alberta Transportation and Economic Corridors.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment, performance management, resource planning, and staff development
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives
Forecast budgets, allocate resources, and oversee profitability




Coordinate multidisciplinary teams through planning, design, and delivery
Prepare proposals, mentor staff, and support client relationships
Requirements: Qualified Engineer registration with APEGA
12+ years of transportation infrastructure engineering experience
Road and highway design and delivery experience
5+ years of transportation leadership experience
Proficiency in TAC, Alberta guides, CAD, and Civil 3D
