Northview Residential REIT is seeking a senior finance leader in Calgary to direct property and revenue accounting, oversee month-end close, and ensure accurate financial reporting for a growing portfolio. You will lead a team, refine controls, and partner with Operations on budgets and forecasts.
Responsibilities include board-ready financial materials, audits, and optimizing Yardi-based workflows. CPA asset and IFRS/ASPE knowledge are highly valued in this role.
