This experienced in-house counsel will provide practical legal support across mining transactions, commercial agreements, M&A;, and securities matters. The work involves close collaboration with legal and business stakeholders. Independent matter management helps transactions and strategic initiatives move forward.
Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate mining-related commercial agreements
Handle joint ventures, NSR royalty, and offtake agreements
Support small-scale North American M&A; transactions
Provide legal support for corporate and securities matters




Manage matters independently with minimal supervision
Requirements: Meaningful in-house legal experience with a mining company
Hands-on experience with mining transactions and commercial arrangements
Experience supporting M&A;, joint venture, royalty, or offtake matters
Familiarity with public-company and securities matters
Licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
