The arrangement starts remotely from St. John's and will transition to hybrid after the office opens. You will manage projects from initiation through close-out while coordinating stakeholders, design, procurement, construction, and project services. This role also supports regional business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and contract requirements
Maintain client relationships and resolve performance or cost issues
Oversee design, procurement, construction, and project interfaces




Monitor risks, opportunities, quality, progress, and communication
Lead teams and support proposals, estimates, and forecasting
Requirements: Four or more years in multidisciplinary engineering environments
Experience with $500K to $10M complex projects
Knowledge of engineering design phases
Familiarity with greenfield and brownfield mining or heavy industrial projects
Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and codes
Bring engineering project leadership, commercial oversight, and stakeholder coordination to Giffen's growing St. John's practice.
