This permanent Plant Controller serves as finance contact for Guelph and Wixom, Michigan facilities. The position leads accurate reporting, standard costs, inventory valuation, planning, forecasting, and performance management. It partners with plant leaders to identify risks, opportunities, corrective actions, and improvements in productivity and operating efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure accurate manufacturing costs, inventory valuation, and reserves
Analyze results against plans, forecasts, and prior periods
Develop product standard costs for Guelph and Wixom




Build dashboards connecting financial and operational drivers
Provide capital requests, returns, risks, and alternatives analysis
Requirements: Progressively senior financial experience in manufacturing environments
Five years in manufacturing finance, cost accounting, or controllership
Experience with enterprise financial systems and analytical tools
Strong financial judgement, business acumen, and attention to detail
Skilled accounting designation such as CPA preferred
Bring manufacturing cost expertise, analytical judgement, and performance management capability to Guelph plant finance leadership.
