Lead Canadian human resources strategy at Prysmian through labor relations, workforce planning, and bilingual English-French leadership. This onsite position requires regular travel across Canada.
As Country Human Resources Manager, you will partner with Canadian and North American leaders to align people strategies with business objectives. You will lead HR teams, advise on employee relations, organizational design, change management, and talent development. The position supports Prysmian’s manufacturing operations and Canadian employment compliance.

Lead, develop, and empower the Canadian HR team
Advise leaders on workforce and talent management




Build succession pipelines and develop future leaders
Lead collective bargaining, union partnerships, and grievance management
Requirements: Degree in human resources, business, or related discipline
Bilingual English and French proficiency
Ten years of progressive HR leadership experience
Three to five years of labor relations experience
Willingness to work onsite and travel throughout Canada
