Build institutional and private capital partnerships for CSMC from Vancouver, using investor development, syndication, and commercial real estate credit expertise.
As Vice President, Capital Partnerships & Syndication, you will find, onboard, and grow capital sources across Western Canada and nationally. You will manage investor relationships, connect them with CSMC deal flow, and provide credit and pricing perspectives. The position works with East Coast and West Coast Syndicators while supporting originators and participating on the Internal Credit Committee.
Key Responsibilities: Build annual investor development plans by investor type and region
Onboard institutional and private investors through first funded loans
Match CSMC deals with investor lending criteria
Present term sheets and secure investor approvals




Manage Western Canada investor relationships and pipeline reporting
Requirements: 10 or more years in lending, capital raising, syndication, or capital markets
Established Western Canada investor network across institutional and private markets
Commercial real estate credit, structuring, and pricing expertise
Experience managing multi-lender syndicated loans under tight timelines
Mortgage agent or broker licence, or ability to become licensed
Apply commercial real estate credit, investor relationships, and syndication leadership to expand CSMC’s Western Canada capital platform.
