Reporting to the Director, Technology Delivery, you will establish a sustainable engineering capability at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority. You will guide standards, build-versus-buy decisions, lifecycle performance, and organizational development across multiple business portfolios. Collaboration spans Product Management, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Operations, and Data teams.
Key Responsibilities: Execute engineering strategy and roadmap across enterprise products
Set standards for secure, accessible, maintainable application development
Evaluate build, buy, and reuse options




Lead and coach engineering managers and teams
Embed automation, CI/CD, testing, and observability
Requirements: 10+ years software engineering and delivery experience
5+ years leading engineering teams or managers
Expertise in architecture, APIs, cloud, and integration
Experience with secure engineering and infrastructure as code
Computer Science or related degree or diploma
