As Director of Finance, you will provide strategic leadership supporting profitable, sustainable company growth. You will partner with business leaders to manage risk, improve profitability, and identify opportunities through financial and operational insights. The position leads four accounting direct reports and works closely with Enersul’s Management Team.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with leaders on strategy, risk, profitability, and growth
Lead scheduled budget and forecast preparation and reporting
Disseminate financial information for business planning and decisions
Assess capital investment payback and IRR through accounting




Develop employees and support innovation and performance
Requirements: Finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control knowledge
CPA designation required for the Director of Finance role
Experience streamlining automated financial reporting systems
Proven leadership experience with an operational business mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Bring strategic analysis, leadership, and forecasting expertise to Enersul’s Calgary finance team and responsible business growth.
