Clio is seeking a Senior Customer Marketing Manager to lead the customer marketing strategy and lifecycle initiatives. The role focuses on crafting AI-driven journeys, driving product adoption, and aligning Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around data-driven decisions.
You will build scalable programs, own end-to-end execution, and measure impact with analytics. This is a backfill for a fixed-term contract with hybrid work options in Canada.
