As Commercial Charter Manager, you will oversee delivery from contract award through completion. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will coordinate operations, vessel crews, and internal commercial teams. Your work supports clients across scientific research, offshore energy, defence, and environmental monitoring.
Key Responsibilities: Manage charter projects against agreed scope and client expectations
Serve as primary client contact throughout project execution
Coordinate operations teams, vessel crews, and internal stakeholders
Assess feasibility, vessel suitability, scheduling, risks, and pricing




Monitor revenue, margins, timelines, and client satisfaction
Requirements: Five to ten-plus years in marine or project delivery
Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
Commercial awareness involving scope, pricing, risk, and performance
Experience coordinating multiple teams and changing priorities
CRM, project management systems, and Microsoft Office 365 experience
Bring marine chartering, commercial judgment, and client leadership to projects supporting specialized Canadian marine operations.
