Lead RelativityOne eDiscovery matters at Array through hands-on case management, client communication, and full-lifecycle project delivery. This client-facing position manages complex workflows from intake through completion.
As an eDiscovery Client Services Manager, you will coordinate technical execution and structured project management across Array hosting environments. The work includes scoping, budgets, timelines, quality control, documentation, and stakeholder updates. You will support defensible, timely, high-quality outcomes while managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities: Manage matters across the complete Electronic Discovery Reference Model lifecycle
Coordinate workspace setup, data loading, processing, searches, batching, and productions
Track risks, milestones, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and project status




Serve as primary client contact and advise on workflow strategies
Maintain documentation and support workflow optimization and automation initiatives
Requirements: Five or more years in eDiscovery, case management, or client services
Strong hands-on experience with RelativityOne and end-to-end workflows
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
Relevant eDiscovery certification or willingness to obtain certification
Robust communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
