Lead corporate lending product strategy and risk management as a Senior Product Manager within Bank of China (Canada)’s Commercial and Corporate Banking Services team.
This full time permanent position oversees corporate lending products, including bilateral lending, syndicated loans, project finance, and acquisition financing. You will guide commercial growth, governance, and operational effectiveness while working with Relationship Managers, Credit Risk, Financial Markets, and other stakeholders. The role supports complex transactions and product performance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop corporate lending strategies and product roadmaps
Identify financing opportunities supporting asset growth and fee revenue
Build integrated lending, deposits, foreign exchange, and capital markets solutions
Own product governance, approvals, reviews, and policy updates
Monitor product performance,



profitability, utilization, and portfolio risk metrics
Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Minimum eight years’ financial institution experience in corporate banking or product structuring
Experience with large corporates, multinational companies, and financial intermediaries
Expertise in corporate lending, structured finance, pricing, and risk assessment
Strong stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and commercial judgment skills
