Brandt seeks a Parts Person for its Parts and Warehouse operation. You will serve internal and external customers, prepare quotes, process orders, and support Service Department work orders. The position also involves inventory, shipping, receiving, computer systems, and warehouse equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to internal and external customer needs
Prepare detailed quotes and process parts orders
Receive, store, and ship parts and materials
Maintain inventory accuracy through bin adjustments
Support Service Department pricing and availability requests
Requirements: Strong customer service skills in person and by phone
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Adaptable availability for shifts, weekends, and holidays
Foundation in parts or warehousing knowledge
Parts industry experience or Journeyperson Parts Certification is an asset
