Lead technical delivery for a large-scale transformation program in Vancouver, using enterprise technology and program governance expertise onsite.
This six-month contract Program Manager role supports a global enterprise organization’s people technology delivery. You will lead a transformation running through 2027, rolling out enterprise technology and capabilities across functions and locations. The work connects business and technical teams through integrated planning and governance.
Key Responsibilities: Build integrated program plans and governance structures
Connect business and technical workstreams across locations
Manage dependencies, risks, and partner commitments
Test feasibility with architects and engineers
Guide testing, cutover,



and operational transition
Requirements: Six to ten years in technical delivery or program management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience delivering large multi-workstream transformations
Knowledge of enterprise apps, APIs, data, security, and deployment
Ability to explain technical tradeoffs to senior leaders
Apply technical delivery, governance, and enterprise transformation expertise to coordinate complex implementation across functions and locations.
