The work includes space programming, site planning, electronic models, and architectural details. You will help maintain design intent through documentation and construction while coordinating compatible building systems.
Key Responsibilities: Develop three-dimensional building models using BIM technologies
Support design and construction documentation development
Coordinate building systems with design intent
Interpret sketches, drawings, codes,



and building programs
Mentor junior staff on project work
Requirements: Experience supporting projects of medium complexity or size
Ability to develop construction documents and architectural details
Knowledge of building envelopes and building systems
Ability to interpret codes and related project materials
Interest in sustainable products and green architecture
Apply BIM modeling, documentation, and coordination skills to support sustainable architectural projects and preserve design intent throughout construction.
